Vision Nine deal slammed by former MGP racer

The company appointed by the Manx Government to promote the TT Races actually knew "very little" about motorsport. 

That's the claim from a former Manx Grand Prix competitor who says he was surprised when Vision Nine was offered the 10-year deal. 

Edward Bowers told the Economic Policy Review Committee on Friday that there was a lack of due diligence throughout the whole process: 

The committee is currently investigating the failed deal between the Department of Economic Development and Vision Nine.
